It’s a workshop style class, led by Aslea Paddock, of warm ups and a gentle flow to work into wrists, shoulders and core to prep you for arm and hand balances. She’ll go over some of the more popular ones that aren’t always allocated time for questions in class or long enough play.
Asanas to be covered include Bakasana (crow) and crow variations, hurdler, scissor, pincha, headstand for the more advanced, as well as tripod headstand and handstand.
Pay R200 via EFT or pop in at the studio to pay to guarantee your spot.
