Sound healing has been used as a transformational healing modality for centuries. With the use of specific frequencies permeating the bodies cells, it has the ability to repair DNA on a cellular level as well as return the nervous system to a homeostatic state. Jenna has created a unique style of healing sounds using a string instrument (monochord) which create harmonic resonance within the body and mind.
